The management team is the group of individuals that operate at the higher levels of an organisation and have day-to-day responsibility for managing other individuals and maintaining responsibility for key business functions.
The management team is also generally responsible for putting together the business strategy and ensuring the business objectives are met. The Management team are held accountable by the companies board of directors.
Dr. Harry Dinesh joined SP Care as the Head of Clinical Services in 2014. Under his leadership, with the guidance of the founder, SP Care grew exponentially in quantity and quality...Dr. Harry was able to impart his knowledge of medicine and shared his management skills across the organization. Recognizing his management skills and leadership quality, he was the perfect candidate for Chief Executive Officer. Hence, in 2018 under a management restructuring strategy, Dr. Harry was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of SP Care Group.
Dr. Harry completed his elective posting and continued to serve in Seberang Jaya Hospital during his government service. He was also active in social services with NGO’s in the island and mainland. Dr. Harry is also an Occupational Health Doctor and a public health physician. He completed his Occupational Health Doctor course in the 2018 and completed his Masters in Public Health in 2020. This has assisted him in propelling the organization to be able to manage the recent Covid -19 pandemic with ease.
He has shared his knowledge and the technical know –how in areas of occupational Health and Safety to the companies which are Klinik SP Care panels. He has resolved many occupational health and safety issues among the companies. He also sits in as a member of the Occupational Health and Safety committees in some companies surrounding the region advising the management on Occupational Health and Safety issues.
Dr. Harry has always envisioned that SP Care will be able to provide affordable quality healthcare service to everyone regardless of race, religion, gender and creed at the location nearest to their home or workplace. His belief is that everyone has a right to receive a proper qualified and affordable healthcare.
