Terms and Conditions

The registration form provided here is meant for COVID-19 test only. No other tests will be conducted apart from the list specified.
Tests can be conducted after due receipt of payments either through online or at counters.
Payments once made will not be refunded but allowed for rescheduling of slots at first time for free of charge. Second time onwards all re-scheduling slots will be chargeable.
Tests like Deep throat Saliva, Oropharyngeal Swab & Nasopharyngeal Swab test samples will be collected from the counter.
Book your slot at least one hour before to your appointment date and time during working hours of any week day except weekly off and special holidays due to non-availability of suitable logistics supply.
All test results can get online either through email or WhatsApp.
