- The registration form provided here is meant for COVID-19 test only. No other tests will be conducted apart from the list specified.
- Tests can be conducted after due receipt of payments either through online or at counters.
- Payments once made will not be refunded but allowed for rescheduling of slots at first time for free of charge. Second time onwards all re-scheduling slots will be chargeable.
- Tests like Deep throat Saliva, Oropharyngeal Swab & Nasopharyngeal Swab test samples will be collected from the counter.
- Book your slot at least one hour before to your appointment date and time during working hours of any week day except weekly off and special holidays due to non-availability of suitable logistics supply.
- All test results can get online either through email or WhatsApp.
